*Important information regarding access to Fonduco:

Currently, vehicle access to the property is permitted only for loading and unloading, and for guests with reduced mobility, due to temporary works in the cliff area.

Guests may access the property to drop off luggage and then park in the nearest public parking area, located approximately a 5–10 minute walk away. The final access to the house is via a staircase. Taxis are allowed access.

This is a temporary situation, and the property has been inspected and positively validated by a geological engineer.

At the foot of the Fonduco quay, a fishing neighbourhood inhabited mainly by local people, this is one of the quietest areas of the port of Mahón where you can still savour the seafaring atmosphere.

Just a few metres from the bathing area and jetty, it invites you to take a dip in the sea as soon as you wake up or to go kayaking from your front door... now, if that's not a true 'summer' experience...

Taking a stroll to the centre of the port of Mahón itself will take you to the restaurant and bar area, A different style for every day. And without having to take the car!
