Two twin rooms, which previously served as the large summer living room of the house, with high ceilings and original 19th century enamelled tile floors. They share a spacious landing, making them perfect for guests travelling in a group. They measure 24m2 each and have large bathrooms of 13m2, with bathtub and separate shower.

Bright attic room of 30 m2 located on the second floor.

The headboard on the bed is an old door from the Teatro Principal in Mahón, the first opera house in Spain, built in 1829 by the Italian opera impresario Giovanni Palagi. Orientated towards the south-west, it is at its cosiest around sunset. It has a 14m2 spacious bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub.

They measure 34m2 and 29m2 respectively, which means a 3rd and 4th bed can be added. Being so large, they allow two seats to be placed in front of the fireplace in winter and to relax by the firelight. Its pleasant 10m2 bathrooms offers all the comfort that a shower and separate bathtub can provide.
